Chatkaro delivers authentic homemade pickles and masalas across 19,000+ pincodes in India covering all major metro cities, tier-2, tier-3 cities, and rural postal zones via verified express logistics partners (Ekart Logistics, Blue Dart, and India Post).

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold

• Free Delivery: All orders with a cart subtotal of ₹499 or more qualify for 100% FREE express shipping.
• Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
• No Hidden Fees: GST, packaging materials, and delivery charges are completely transparent at checkout.

3. Order Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Because our pickles are prepared in fresh, hygienic small batches, we pack orders fresh upon receiving them:

• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched from our Mumbai facility within 24 business hours of confirmation.
• Mumbai & Maharashtra: 1 to 3 business days.
• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

4. 5-Layer Leak-Proof Food Packaging

To ensure zero damage or oil spillage during transit across India:

• Every jar is sealed with an airtight inner induction safety liner.
• Double-wrapped in thick multi-layer protective bubble wrap.
• Packed inside heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated shipping boxes with "Fragile: Handle With Care" labels.

5. Live Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, an Air Waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link is sent via WhatsApp and SMS. You can also track your shipment live anytime on our Track My Order page.
