2. Homemade Food Product Purity & FSSAI Standards

All Chatkaro pickles are prepared under strict hygienic standards using traditional recipes, 100% pure cold-pressed groundnut oil, premium spices, and zero chemical preservatives or synthetic colors.

• FSSAI License: 21525012001979
• Natural Variations: Because our pickles are handcrafted in small natural batches without artificial emulsifiers, minor natural color and oil settling may occur, which is normal for authentic homemade pickles.
• Storage Instructions: Use a dry spoon only. Keep the pickle submerged in oil to preserve freshness. Refrigeration is recommended after opening in warm weather.

3. Order Placement, Verification & Shipping

When placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate recipient details (full name, complete address including house/flat and society name, landmark, and a valid 10-digit phone number).

• We reserve the right to verify contact details via WhatsApp or phone call prior to dispatch.
• Orders with fake or incomplete addresses may be paused or cancelled to prevent delivery failures.
• Express courier transit typically takes 2 to 4 business days for metro locations and 4 to 7 days for other regions across India.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Payments

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable Indian pincodes as well as UPI payments. For COD orders, you agree to be available or authorize a family member to receive the package and complete payment to the courier executive upon arrival.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand trademarks, trade names, logo graphics ("Chatkaro - Taste the Tradition"), recipe imagery, and website text are the exclusive property of Chatkaro. Unauthorized copying, re-hosting, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
